Pearl Organisation is one of the awesome IT company for me, have worked here as CRM Executive and later promoted to CRM Lead, company has very clear policy if you really want to grow, a huge learning you will get here about different-different and advanced technologies. was never aware about the AI/ PHP/ Laravel/ CI/ JS/ Node etc but here at Pearl Organisation i got myself trained about these technologies. Loved Pearl Organisation and thanks to the company from my bottom of heart. Great work policies at Pearl Organisation and Great HR policies at Pearl Organisation, on time salary in my 2.5 year of tenure, all pf and esic benefit i got and even company helped me to get my pf from govt office on time. awesome company environment, all are focused towards the aim of the company, process oriented, everything is based on process and management is very target oriented. Trainings and strictness are Pearl Organisation's key factor success.

nothing nothing nothing at all. and those who says there are cons let me share with readers some facts that after serving in company for more than 2.5 years (had to left because my family shifted to Delhi and i was not having any option...) i personally have seen that company is fairly giving chances to newcomer as I got but many of them are like don't ask me about work don't ask me about reports don't ask me about my KPI performance but yes keep on asking for fun, games and parties obviously Pearl Organisation is one of the top most IT company in Uttarakhand i have ever seen, gave interview in many companies in dehradun roorke and haridwar but no company has the campus like Pearl Organisation has no company has the dedicated interview procedure that Pearl Organisation has, i was personally impressed when i had to pass 4/5 interview rounds @Pearl Organisation and company offering a huge perks to its employees every 3rd or 4th month success parities, every week product meets for new learnings every month engagement activities free food free snacks hot coffee tea soup everything company offering but newcomer ask for work ask for reports then company is bad ask for parties and gossips company is good...
