Pros
The executive team has truly turned things around. Leadership feels focused, communicative, and aligned on a long-term vision. The engineering team has embraced an AI-first mindset, which has brought clarity, innovation, and renewed excitement to product development. The People team has done an amazing job improving onboarding, enablement, and community. The culture feels more connected and supportive than ever. The recent rebrand feels like the perfect reflection of where the company is headed. Specifically, it feels very modern, confident, and cohesive. Overall, Pebl feels like a company that’s learned from the hard parts and is now executing with purpose and momentum.
Cons
The transition period wasn’t easy. There was some turbulence and uncertainty during the restructuring and leadership changes. As the company grows quickly again, some processes are still catching up, and internal alignment can be a work in progress. Change fatigue is real; some employees are still adjusting to the new pace and expectations.
