Pros
If you're a junior professional this can be a nice place to start your career or gain experience in this industry. It may also be a good choice for someone who is tired of big corpo life and slow decision making. Some offices have really friendly and supportive team members.
Cons
Only if the standards they promise to clients would apply internally. They lack holding people accountable for service, empowerment and transparency. Overcommitting to clients results in constant pressure and unfair expectations (working long hours and on weekends). Salaries are not competitive for many of their positions and the offered benefits are below average. There is no one source of truth for communicating changes. Not about people leaving - you receive an automated reply message that this mailbox is no longer in use. Not about policies - not even a summary written about global and local benefits, bonus eligibility criteria. If you're gone by the time they pay that's your problem! When do they pay it then? That's not communicated in advance. They should not claim themselves to be a People First organization because there is not much respect for work-life balance. Taking time off is always a problem as there is no cross training. Usually managers take over more operational tasks therefore people management and performance reviews are never on the top of the list.
