Pros

They have a really high starting pay for helpdesk jobs.

Cons

They make a big talk about how they are a rehabilitating workplace for people with disabilities, but when it comes down to it they don't care about you. Metrics are the number one concern at this company and if you don't meet their unreasonable metrics they will start writing you up and building a case to fire you. Then there's the matter of time off. You build PTO up as you work, but there isn't any sick time or unpaid time off allowed. If you are sick they take it out of your pto if you have any, and count it against your attendance. They will give you 3 days for 1 point if you bring a doctors note, but If you want any time to yourself then plan to never be sick or make sure your record is clean enough to take an attendance hit.

Pros

They worked with me to build a schedule that worked for me as I transitioned from full-time to part-time.

Cons

There are strict requirements on how the work is carried out. The pay and benefits are not great.

Great coworkers (non management roles)

Cons

Extremely underpaid as staff, told to be grateful for the scraps we receive (for front line staff in high stress positions)
