-poor/lazy management -almost all in hospital jobs are part time which gives no benefits -too much put on the screeners it makes the job almost too stressful to handle. -no way to work your way up. -you could work a year and only get a $0.15 raise. (It’s happened) -management pushes a lot of their work onto screeners.
