Morale is horrible & negativity is rampant Recent lay offs of 21 people in a day- most of whom worked at least 4+ years Lack of financial stability view this organization as what "not to do" in a non-profit A few Managers/Executive members are not qualified (very bureaucratic/favoritism) Revolving door of employees Losing talented employees while keeping less than prudent workers Mismanagement of funds (i.e. flights, "trainings", visits etc) voicing concerns is not welcomed
