Pros
Peerless has created positive and fun working environment for all of its employees. It has a laid back atmosphere that fosters an enjoyable experience well working. Leadership is helpful and open to suggestions in making the work place a more comfortable.
Cons
The software is not capable of tracking inventory in any other measure than weight. This makes inventory control a major issue. Inside sales time undervalued for the amount of work being done.
