      I feel empowered to work at Pelatro. We work on the edge and task allocation is purely capability and merit driven. It is a great place to learn new things, put your ideas to action and see them live on site.

      1. Great place to grow 2. Not limited to Support Roles 3. Somewhat combination of automation engineering and DevOps

      1. Worst management 2. Worst HR principles 3. Seniors who cannot do the job tends to put the blames on juniors 4. HR has no independency, always following the senior managers' demands.
