      Good company benefits, which partially compensate for the overall low salaries. Pleasant working atmosphere.

      Endogamic company: HR mainly recruits professionals with previous publishing or editorial-related experience. This leads to a narrow-minded approach towards problem-solving, innovation and vision, in all levels. Very centered in its core business. Promotion is based on politics, no real career opportunities.

      Great writing, Top tier production

      Cons

      The male director never asked me once how I was doing or offer any advice to calm my nerves (on my first production ever with them) which lead to a burdensome recording process.

      It has become less about the product and the people and more about the profit. No room for advancement. More work, less people, less empathy.
