Pros

Remote work Laptop instead of desktop setup Flexible when I had family emergency

Cons

Bait and switch ( say one thing and do the opposite) Pay isn't sufficient for the work done There NO opportunity for growth and advancement. They don't even have a clear path for folks who don't want to do the same job for 30 years to follow to advance. Job aids and resources are limited and they were technically incompetent In Training is when I knew I made the wrong choice coming there, and I wasn't the only one that felt that way. Majority of my Training class left within 6 months time. Management doesn't really want to hear about how their employees feel because they don't plan on doing anything about it anyway.
