Pros

Product is good for clients

Cons

- No one ever in the office. Support staff wander in around 9. - Have to provide for your own office supplies - file folders, pens, paper clips - Lots of talk about training - nothing ever follow through upon. No structure - Promise of leads but never given out to advisors. - Push to sell product for commission not for the benefit of clients - Out of compliance with HIPAA and PHI

Pros

Base salary is standard within the industry and the benefits package is strong. The annual bonus is a genuine differentiator in total compensation. The work itself offered real opportunities to build technical skills, particularly for those in data and analytics roles, with access to projects that should have a meaningful business impact.

Cons

Organizational restructuring has been a recurring theme, creating uncertainty around team stability and long-term role security. Communication from senior leadership during periods of change was inconsistent, making it difficult to plan or feel confident in the direction of the company. Employees may find themselves in limbo when priorities shift at the leadership level.
