      Pros

      My supervisor was very supportive. I've learned lots of things and got lots of autonomy under her. The university town is a pleasant place to live.

      Cons

      It takes time for the university to do things. For example, it was very cold on the first floor of the building during the winter. With nothing exaggerating, it may last for around 10 years or even more, but the situation hasn't been improved yet. The salary was not good either.

      Pros

      They were very flexible with hours and it was a fun place to work. There was lots of downtime to do other things while on the clock, and an e-bike to get around campus quickly.

      Cons

      Toward the end they got pretty strict about keeping your computer on a certain tab to take online tickets, and you could get in trouble for not doing it. It’s tedious work overall.
