Pros
There are no pros to working in this place
Cons
Management: 1. I was micro-managed into even writing emails to my client 2. I was forced to change my name because the CEO thought the client will get confused. This was only unveiled when I have already joined the company 3. I was talked down at every point and I was legit scared for 2 months while I was working there 4. On an average I worked for close to 13-14 hours in a day. Most of it was reworked because of horrible feedback and micromanaging 5. My seniors didn't even give me basic courtesy that a human needs in a workplace 6. This place will set a very bad example of how a senior or a person in authority should work in collaboration. 7. They hire free interns who work like full time employees and endure the same inhuman working hours and abuse Design: 1. None of their UX project has converted into live projects at least during my stay 2. Their designs cannot be developed into actual application as they have no idea of interaction design and its principles or rules 3. Despite knowing nothing about digital product design, you cannot use logic to reason with them. It is almost like owner-slave behaviour where the owner is always right Just not worth it. For interns, please sit home that is better. You will unlearn the basic things that you have paid a lot of money to learn in your design school.
