Pros
-Great in-depth training. -Zero pension experience required to join PensionBee. -Great culture. -Very inclusive and diverse. -Work from home or office options. -Relaxed dress code while in the office if you choose to go in. -Advocates for mental health awareness. -ZERO micro management. -Team Leaders and Managers are very open to questions and happy to help. -Very receptive to system changes suggestions from employees to improve the quality of life for users (employees and customers). -New roles/jobs are usually posted internally first to promote from within. With the excepting being jobs that require specific expertise. -Yearly bonus. -Frequent 1-1 catch ups with your Team Leader to discuss issues, workload and everything else. -People tend to leave jobs not due to the role itself but due to poor/bad management. Usually at every job (or from my experience anyway) there is always at least one Manager or Team Leader who is a complete pain to speak to or deal with. Been at PensionBee for a year and haven't identified such a Manager or TL. All levels of management are very approachable.
Cons
Honestly cant think of anything. The company is a joy to work for so anything I list under cons would be very "nit-picky" and not genuine day to day cons.
