      Good group of co-workers. Ability to network with upper management and C-Suite people from a variety of companies.

      Cons

      Extremely corporate with politics being more advantageous for career growth instead of experience and quality of work. This is really beginning to show throughout the industry due to other competitors grabbing market share.

      Decent amount of time off

      Cons

      Low pay and they do not appreciate employees. They make you feel replaceable so you constantly feel like you are fighting for your job. They never give raises, only a 3% cost of living increase once a year, which equates to barely anything. I would not recommend. Insurance is expensive and no work from home flexibility. Moral is terrible. Like a morgue.
