      Flexible Schedule, decent starting pay.

      Cons

      Upper management is completely incompetent. Our most difficult daily challenge is dealing with the owner of the company, who doesn't understand this industry at all. There isn't much direction.

      Well respected company with a well known name

      Cons

      Everything else - management is the worst but lack of growth, measly pay increases, and so so benefits just make it not worth
