You won't get your salary until you demand. If the called for an emergency working day on weekends, holidays and vacations, you will get paid as a normal working day which violates the Egyptian private labor sector law which gives the employee the write of at least 150% the amount of a normal working day up to 300%. Zero privacy on company premecis or on social media. Snitchers everywhere. Zero career development, as you forced to deliver your work ASAP without any quality, even if delivered with bugs as they will ask clients to pay more for fixing them. No life balance, constant stress, neverlasting conflict as the main company policy is devide and conquer
