This company is plagued by extreme micromanagement and a pervasive culture of misogyny. Numerous reports have been made about inappropriate behavior, yet management consistently fails to take action. The sales team operates with little to no accountability, creating an uncomfortable environment where employees feel powerless to speak up—those who do are often seen as the problem rather than the misconduct being addressed.
Despite significant internal management changes in the past six months, the toxic culture remains unchanged. It’s an undeniable boys’ club, and the lack of professionalism is glaring. Upper management carries an inflated sense of superiority, dismissing concerns and feedback rather than addressing the real issues.
On top of that, the product is far from being enterprise-ready, making it difficult to stand behind what we sell.
If you value a respectful workplace and a strong product, this is not the company for you.
