      Pros

      PPLA's offers a dynamic work environment that keeps employees bringing their "A Game" effortlessly by providing support from all levels of staff. The open door policy keeps lines of communication open encouraging employees to be proactive and work cohesively in a team setting. Starting at 7:30AM ending at 4PM gives us more time in the evening to be home with our families. Tremendous room for growth from within. Friendly atmosphere.

      Great company to work for!! Management is AMAZING, very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Managers make people feel valued and appreciated. Amazing culture, great benefits, great pay, good opportunity to learn and grow!

      Cons

      Since it is a small company the pace is extremely fast! You have to be able to juggle and shift gears quickly!
