Excellent company, great people, lots of opportunity for advancement. Company vehicles, highest pay in the industry, great benefits and generous vacation/ sick days/ holidays.

Dirty, disgusting job at times. Must work in very inclement weather for however long it takes to get the job done- frozen water lines, clogged sewers, flooding- can be very physically taxing.

You work majority of your time independently.

You will be poorly trained, you will be under paid and you will be on call one week a month.
