Pros
PS is always looking for new ways to improve in all aspects. Constant collaboration between departments and no divide between Snr Management and general workers, our MD believes in an open door policy which is why we are constantly finding new ways to improve whilst retaining the things that have been working for years.
Cons
I personally do not see any, each company is what you make of it. You can either decide to grow or find things to complain about. All organizations will have their ups and downs, PS always tries to address things and ensure that everyone’s voice is heard.
