great place to work at, lots of initiatives and programs in place for employee engagement and welfare. pepper truly cares about its employees to the maximum extent you can expect from a profit-driven organisation. promotes internally too which is great.
Cons
salary increments can be higher, but understandable given the current macroeconomic environment.
