The coffee machine was great… when it was working.

The work environment can become extremely stressful due to a lack of support poor communication and unrealistic expectations. Employees are regularly asked to do more without corresponding recognition or compensation. The culture is affected by negativity and gossip which makes it difficult to maintain a healthy and productive workplace. Certain behaviours and internal dynamics negatively impacted the overall team atmosphere.

Great flexibility, fantastic people, the benefits are very good, and I like it's a fast paced team where change happens quickly and we are empowered to improve operations.

Global business can mean calls at night but they help you manage the balance, managers are very flexible
