      Home working and flexible hours. Given full responsibility and accountability for your actions. No political manouvering required to achieve goals. Generally a decent place to be.

      Cons

      Not much UK based focus when I was working there so trying to shoe horn US solutions into UK environment. Not ideal scenario

      Pros

      they are a great place to work. They really care about their employees and try to make them happy.

      Cons

      some of the people that work there are very manipulative and will do anything to make themselves look good even if it means tearing down others.
