      Pros

      -Good work life balance -Strong mission, people really care about the work and the mission

      Cons

      -They preach about equitable pay for learners, but, are unwilling to pay staff a living wage -They are moving quickly with AI and are replacing training jobs with AI. It's a good direction to go in; however, they're moving quickly and cutting jobs before AI has already been implemented. -Very limited career mobility -Some of the worst line managers I've ever worked for.

      Honestly, there aren't any. This place is awful...believe the reviews.

      Long for micromanagement? Prefer a distinct lack of courtesy? Wish that your employer regarded you as nothing more that a name on a page? Enjoy being spoken to and treated like a child?
