      Pros

      Great mission for the company at least on paper. Helping to change other's lives can be very rewarding.

      Cons

      No transparency on questionable new hires and internal promotions. Below average salary for instructors. Highly underqualified people in the management. The leadership team of an IT Education company does NOT have a single person with technical background. Most of the leadership team is just a long time employee. No clear career path. The company does not give equal opportunities to its employees.

      Honestly, there aren't any. This place is awful...believe the reviews.

      Long for micromanagement? Prefer a distinct lack of courtesy? Wish that your employer regarded you as nothing more that a name on a page? Enjoy being spoken to and treated like a child? Want to work during holidays? Dislike being provided with the proper equipment to do your job? Good news! You have found your new home.
