Pros
PS does its best to foster deep relationships between people despite that we are in 25 different cities across the country. Company is growing. With over 500 employees who are working towards a common mission, it's not easy to help people feel like they belong but I feel that the company's efforts to promote a positive workplace is great! Also, leadership is open to listening to employees.
Cons
Sometimes communication of big initiatives is not executed well. Like other companies that are rapidly growing, campuses are not appropriately staffed to handle processes created to achieve optimal results.
