Pros
There's something really special about working for a 125-year old start-up. The company is moving in an upward direction, but still trying to identify its culture. It's a really great time to be a part of the team. I've been fortunate enough to gain so many new experiences through this diverstiture; from creating the brand to living it. The leadership team is highly engaged, which is an incredibly important pro when shaping a new company. Peraton's leadership team also understands the importance of work/life balance; while we work hard, we're also rewarded with things like the opportunity to work from home a few days a week. I'm excited to see where life at Peraton takes me and plan to stick around for years to come.
Cons
This is not the place where you can "fake it til you make it".
