If you are a professional systems or software engineer. Peraton Chantilly is not the place to work. Software programs I worked on were run by engineering and technical leadership that have never worked in a software development. There is no engineering rigor or basic software or system engineering methodologies used. Basic software development, architecture, design, and test approaches are replaced by meetings staffed primarily by those in leadership positions briefing power point charts produced by individuals who have no experience or software engineering knowledge in those technical areas. RFCs and status charts are considered design documents. Peraton Chantilly is not a place conducive for a professional engineer to use their knowledge and education, or want to learn or grow in the system and software engineering disciplines. There are much better places to work for professional engineers looking for challenging work and growth opportunities.
