      Brilliant teammates; rewarding projects; great technology.

      Cons

      Really did not like the general Peraton Corp culture or their innovation initiatives. Management at labs was outstanding, but many have left since the Peraton acquisition and integration solidified.

      Peraton is a great company to work for. My boss built a huge Datacenter from the ground up. He is very helpful to everyone in our team.

      Onboarding is slow, it takes longer than I expected.

      managers who shouldn't be managers because they do not possess professionalism, constant last minute projects requiring additional hours with no pre-planning
