Working at Percent Pledge means working for a mission-driven company and people that truly care about doing good in this world. The mission is at the forefront and it brings a strong sense of purpose to the workplace.

Percent Pledge is remote-first and it's hard not to see co-workers in person for very long stretches of time.

Experienced some common themes for early-stage SaaS companies. e.g. the CEO being too involved in marketing activities to the point that it became a bottleneck. I was unable to accomplish almost any of my ideas as the CEO gave me projects that he "felt would work better"– and when they didn't, more pressure was put on marketing to make it work. Also, the KPI's agreed upon during hiring were pertaining to lead generation and pipeline, yet my final review was judged on revenue closed (a sales metric).
