Slow during the summer months.

It’s a friendly environment. Always something to do. Younger management & a decent mix of staff. Pay makes the work worth it. A lot of responsibility is on the employee.

Break system is not a system at all; frequently staff skip breaks to catch-up on work. There is nobody making sure time on the clock is being used efficiently, leading to a lot of slack work through the day.
