Pros
The best thing about the place is a commitment to a quality product. The best people, the most elaborate processes to ensure that there are no mistakes that ever leave the building, good technology, dedicated people. And since the whole company produces one type of product, they concentrate on making it perfect.
Cons
They can be stuck in their ways, not open to cross-training, repeating the same mistakes and getting in trouble for them when it could have been avoided. In a pinch they crack down on employee performance in a way that is not fair and makes for a lot of unnecessary stress and even getting rid of people who could have stayed. The pressure makes an unfriendly company culture.
