      Pros

      Pay is good but not worth the 12/14 hr days

      Cons

      They don’t train sales to properly sell jobs.. you will spend loooong days trying to complete job.. they only hire green helpers or owners sons friends.. they constantly change helpers so you can’t build a good install crew. Owners comes and goes and training is not constant nor proper.. field supervisor treats ppl like crap but lies about to upper management..

      Pros

      I've had the privilege of helping build Perfect Star HVAC from the ground floor. While I had other "more secure" opportunities at the time, the more I got to know Perfect Star's owner Chris Donzelli, I realized he was someone I wanted to work for and work with. Perfect Star rewards hard work and integrity. It's the reason I joined and the reason I'm still here. Everyday we are growing and over the course of our companies' history we've all become a family. Great medical, 401K, paid holidays, paid vacation time, and fun company trips rewarding those who go above and beyond.
