You're given real ownership from day one and trusted to get on with it. No micromanagement, no siloed working. Everyone shares information freely and collaborates across departments in a way I've never experienced elsewhere. Challenging and fast paced, but that's exactly why it's such good experience. The people make the place. There's a family dynamic that's real, not performative. I've never worked somewhere where "how can I help" is said so often and actually meant. The team are exceptional and being around them levels you up. AI is woven into how the business operates too, not as a gimmick but in a way that genuinely removes the busy work and frees you up to do stuff that matters.
