1. Resources management yet to improve. (Some teams lack resources even multiple Clients/Customizations of products are in progress). This impacts personal life balance of employee. Sometimes unable to reach deadline deployments. 2. Addressing all employees is lacking where encouragement is less at work environment. 3. Team outings are only once a year (It is also good to have 2-3 days outing). Team outing impacts team interactions and increases the productivity of completion of work on time. 4. Hikes are ok comparing to other companies but ratings (less starred) discourages because employee worked hard for whole year to get good reviews.
