I can't think of anything.

All around a good company to work for. I worked with motivated and intelligent people. It was rare to see someone in a bad mood. Great engineering manager, intelligent and accomodating. The products were made with a high level of detail and by workers who took pride in their work. The owner is a good person and very smart. Employees have opportunities to take on tasks which interest them, and are acknowledged when milestones are reached.

Small company and not much room for growth. Projects move slowly.
