Pros

You choose your own schedule. You gotta Like being alone and lots of driving.

Cons

My experience at Auburn Hills Roush was great… until they shut down so I transferred locations. Allen Park location is messy. Staff is eh, some are better than others. One lady in particular is pretty rude for no reason at all. Everyone will know who I’m referring to if they ever worked here. I got sent home more than I worked because they never have enough cars. I was rudely and abruptly terminated for “speeding…” supposedly. I had been working and driving weekly for this company over 6 months and had no issues along those lines… and all of a sudden with no warning at all… I get a call from HR saying sorry you’re fired… pretty low blow from PDW. I think they just wanted to get rid of people. They obviously have too many drivers and don’t care about you.

Pros

Easy pay and quick hiring process. They will hound you with calls though. No driving test. Training is fast.

Cons

They don't care about you, they only want warm bodies. I was working with ppl who had terrible driving skills and little socialization etiquette. There were a few who had the worst hygiene. Training was rushed. I'm then put in a vehicle with bad drivers who slam on the brakes so much that my neck hurts at the end of every shift. Another guy was in the back seat looking for another job on Indeed since we don't have enough cars, yet lots of drivers. Same for another person who was in my group although we started two weeks ago. It really is a temp job and feels slammed together. I only started with them because I was waiting for my real job to start since training was tentatively delayed. I really don't recommend it for women either since you're working with guys who specifically don't get along or fit in with other ppl. I have yet to see anyone sanitize the inside of the vehicles after each shift when there are usually 4 ppl on each AM and PM team.
