Chilled and slow paced work environment with little workload and responsibility

Absolute lack of professional skills in running the office staff. Very lazy and immature management from the board who can't detect dysfunctional behavior of some employees, they facilitate some over others based on personal preference. The direction is generally intimidated and scared by his own staff: they display paranoid attitude by placing CCTV cameras even where not needed, not feeling at ease if they hear staff not speaking English even during unpaid break time and embarrassingly fearing staff might go to work for their competitors.

A very friendly team who will always help and step in if needed. Management always open to suggestions and ideas, it's a relaxed working environment. Flexi-time in the mornings/afternoons are very helpful if you depend on public transport, bus opportunity right outside office.

Location is in an industrial area, public transport in the area can be unreliable (bus). No problem if you drive or live in walking distance.
