Pros

Met some nice guys. Christmas gifts each year were ok but found out later they were all free gifts from Uline for supply purchases throughout the year, too cheap to buy us gifts.

Cons

Hard physical labour cleaning heavy concrete equipment everyday. Saw forklift drivers getting sick from stress. No one trusted arrogant yard manager, looked down at workers. Company took away bonus. Temp worker always causing fights with full-time guys. CEOs and Company were fake. Manager made workers for years use hazardous chemicals without proper protection until worksafebc found out.

Pros

Flexible work schedule with a good work-life balance. Plenty of PTO, decent 401(k) match and average health insurance

Cons

Everything else. Base pay is not enough to survive on, commissions were adjusted every year I worked there and bonuses were eliminated. I made the same amount of money year 1 and year 4 while I made the company 5x as much.
