Pros
This is the workplace you dream of but never thought could actually exist. The executives listen, connect, smile and actually care about you. The management is extremely patient, available and actually wants you to succeed (not just the company). My colleagues are smart and driven individuals that I enjoy spending time with at work just as much as I do outside of it. There is a special balance of work and play: we know when it's time to buckle down and smash our goals, but also how to take days off to make sure we stay together and don't burn out . I honestly didn't think I could ever really enjoy coming into work, into an office, into a box. I was that person. Now, I wake up every morning excited to get better at what I'm doing with people that I can safely call friends for life. It also helps the product is awesome and that the market thinks that too.
Cons
We are still finding ourselves in some ways so sometimes minor things slip through the cracks. For example, last year we didn't have a 'holiday schedule' it was kind of decided as we went pretty much right before the days off. Which is a silly example but shows that most things here are very good : )
