I am deeply disappointed in TravelPerk's treatment of its employees. As a software engineer, I have witnessed firsthand the company's disregard for our wellbeing and fair compensation. Despite our hard work and dedication to the company's success, we are consistently undervalued and overworked. The company claims to promote a healthy work-life balance, but in reality, we are expected to work long hours and are not adequately compensated for our time and effort. In addition, the company's benefits and perks are minimal compared to other tech companies in the industry, making it difficult to justify staying with TravelPerk. Furthermore, the lack of transparency and communication from upper management has created a toxic work environment, where employees are not respected or valued. The company's culture of fear and intimidation has resulted in a high turnover rate and low employee morale.
