Pros
Some of the people actually doing the work were great, though most left or were laid off.
Cons
Management, particularly the CEO, have no idea what they are doing, are creating an environment where everyone thinks their next meeting is a layoff announcement, and are generally just losing money because their layoff tactics aren't working. Middle management is either lacking a backbone for fear or their own name being called on the chopping block, or their voices don't reach upper managements ears. Results vary by department, but the result is the same- needs are not being met. US benefits are a joke. The punchline is the absolute worst coverage I've had in my career with the highest I've had to pay per paycheck in my career. And the benefits team had the GALL to try and sugarcoat the increases earlier this year and were immediately called out and basically mobbed on a Teams call about it. Trust is broken, if the overall job market was better this place would be a ghost town. I feel bad for everyone still working here.
