Pros

Smaller company Boss is very familiar with each client and is very caring Very focused on getting each employee to become successful independent wealth managers The company approach for each client is to get them towards financial independence from passive income

Cons

A lot of your learning is up to you, which can be either a pro or a con depending on how you work. It is small, so there aren't going to be clients handed to you. You have to be able to get your own.

Pros

If you want experience, it is a great place to get a range of administrative experience with variety. Daily tasks are simple administrative things, answer phone, check calendar. Has you work on different projects. Works with your schedule if you can't do certain hours.

Cons

really no room for growth within the company. Has you fill out 6 month goals and every day you fill out goals before you are allowed to clock out and email it to the boss, so you are basically treated like a child. Boss stays in the back office and has no desire to help you learn things, just wants you to do his busy work. Boss is nice and a good guy, but it seems like he can do everything on his own and just hires employees to make his clients think that its a bigger company and more professional than it really is. $10/hr Also in the interview, you will be asked if you think you are lucky...if you answer no then you are automatically no longer considered for the job.
