Absolutely no separation of work/life balance. Colleagues competed with one another to appear busy. Emails being sent as late as midnight each night with absolutely no sign of being trimmed down. Far too few members on each team meaning extremely overbearing workload. Heavily siloed. Microscopic details would need to get approved by far too many stakeholders. Not enough creative autonomy. Things moved very slowly. Not enough transparency/communication between senior management and junior management. Rarely praised for doing a good job. Dealing with the CEO felt like dealing with a politician/celebrity - very unapproachable..
