Pros

When researching Persolvent as a potential future employer, I thought that the glowing reviews and commitment to core values seemed too good to be true. Everyone on board going the same direction...working together? The support of my peers and encouragement of continuous improvement in all aspects? My birthday paid off each year?!? At my first all-hands meeting during my first week at Persolvent, someone commented, "Everyone is truly as friendly and helpful as they seem!". After working at Persolvent, I can attest to that truth! My skepticism was unfounded. Management listens, they value each team member and his/her input, and Persolvent just plain old takes care of their own. Team members listen to each other, value one another's input, and have fun while doing so. We correct each other and THANK each other for it...because we truly are all working together towards the same, clear goals. People work on projects in line with their strengths, and hard work and commitment to excellence is just the norm. Although it is the norm, however, it is still greatly valued and highlighted through frequent accolades. Thank you, Persolvent!

Cons

I just can't wait to be see & experience the culture in person! (Due to the pandemic, I was hired remotely and we are working from home.)

Pros

Persolvent treats employees very well. Fully remote options as well as a very nice office with beverages and snacks if that is what you want.

Cons

None at this time. Great People.

Pros

There are many wonderful things about Persolvent, but during this pandemic one that shines brightly is the way that we were able to shift to 100% remote work overnight without skipping a beat. Our company is structured so that all meetings have a purpose and a plan, and nothing changed by making them all virtual meetings. All of us know their accountabilities and have been able to keep working towards them without in person supervision. I have full confidence in my co-workers and the systems that we have in place. On top of that, the leadership team has been going above and beyond to make sure that the team has been kept informed as the situation has been changing. I am looking forward to being back in the office because there is nothing like face to face interactions, but I am confident that the transition back will be just as un-disruptive as it was leaving.

Cons

I have not had any complaints in my two years at Persolvent. I would say, that if you are not honest with your manager in your weekly meetings, it would be easy to white knuckle yourself into burning out. There is a lot of work to be done and we have been growing a lot, and it would be easy to become overwhelmed. However, the leadership team is committed to making sure that we have the resources that we need, so this is not a concern as long as you are willing to embrace your limitations.
