What originally attracted me to join this company was the culture that was sold during the interviews. Being there now, it is not the same. It is not the reality. Things radically changed over the last few months - crazy micromanaging, non-transparent performance evaluations with doubtful actions around it, people are super stressed and demotivated, basically just following orders from the leadership. You can't say anything anymore - the mental health of employees here is very bad and it is not a priority anymore (even though they would say the opposite). It's really unfortunate that the company is going down this road - it was once a great employer, and being HR Software company, I always imagined that their own company would give the example to their customers.
