Hello, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t enjoyed your entire Personio experience, especially the working atmosphere.
We know that sometimes decisions to part ways with employees can be difficult and we’re constantly evolving the ways in which we communicate leavers to the team. Nonetheless, we want to protect the privacy of each of our employees and the decisions that are being made, and act in their best interest.
Still we want to assure you that we value our people and want to provide each employee with a sense of security and safety, and we’ll use your feedback to improve here as well.
A part of improving our leadership experience is developing, guiding and teaching leaders, allowing for feedback in all directions, but also bringing on new talented leaders that can get us to where we want to be as an organization. For example, we recently brought on really experienced leaders, based in the UK, who are already making a really positive impact.
