Perth Airport have a high need to upgrade their infrastructure, and have the funds to do it. Good at doing small retail projects, but struggle with large projects.

Start and cancel large projects constantly with associated hiring and retrenching. Very unstable work environment. Bechtel has been brought on as delivery partner, but is reluctant to give solid advice.

Great work environment, fun colleagues, relaxed and lots of support.

Some micro-management and usual office politics.
