Please see below responses to your concerns: • We take any allegations of bullying very seriously and follow a robust Bullying and Harassment Policy. • Our trustees meet with our leadership team and regularly review organisational performance to ensure that Perthyn delivers on its ambitious vision and charitable objectives. Similarly, we ensure that regular trade union meetings are held. • We are unable to locate the review site with that number of negative reviews, we have favourable reviews on Indeed. • Employees are supported with any sickness by HR and management through our Sickness and Absence Policy. • We are disappointed that you feel as though you have not been treated fairly and with respect, any concerns can be raised with HR and managed through our Grievance Policy.
